All orders placed on M-F by 10 am MST will ship same day! If the order is placed after 10 am MST, it will ship the following business day.

All of our products are shipped using USPS First Class mail (2-10 business days) from Salt Lake City, UT. USPS does not guarantee their shipping times.

Please note that our confetti cards come in an envelope & do not offer tracking information. 

Gift Card Policy: Brightbox is in no way responsible for lost or stolen gift cards once shipped with USPS. Brightbox will refund the $2 convenience fee, however we will not refund the gift card amount.
